If you would like to book the Function Hall:
1. Check Hall availability from the Bookings Diary.
2. Send your completed booking form and your cheque for the entire booking and a separate cheque for the deposit to the Bookings Secretary at the address given on the Booking form, marking your envelope “Event Booking”.
You may complete the booking form and email it but please remember your booking will only be confirmed when you receive an e-mail or telephone confirmation from the Bookings Secretary and your cheques (made payable to “The Watlington Club”) for the deposit and full payment have been received. Please be advised that the Watlington Club cannot be held responsible for any event which you may organise without complying with these requirements.
