About the Pilates class:

Mixed ability Pilates class perfect for beginners and intermediate level participants.

Pilates includes exercises that promote core strength and stability, muscle control and endurance, focusing on proper posture and movement patterns and balanced flexibility and mobility. Regular Pilates practice can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes.

About Body Rock – Lean, Fit & Tone:

A fun and varied 45min whole body workout! Using elements of exercise to music classes, games, circuits, partner workouts, kettlebells & dumbbells, tabata, challenges & anything else I can think of to make it more fun! Every week is different but is always a great calorie burner and helps to build strength too.

£5 pay as you go or £45 for 10 classes.
