A 1 hour activity session, including a warm up, a main circuits session using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands & boxing gloves, ending with a cool down & stretch. Exercises are focussed on every day movements, balance and co-ordination to help you with daily activities. It’s a great social hour too!
